What we collect
The name, email address and message you send when you request a session; your session date and time; payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your full card number); and notes about what you want to learn.
Why we use it
To reply to you, schedule and deliver sessions, take payment, keep records, and meet tax and legal duties.
Please never send us
Seed phrases, private keys, passwords, wallet recovery words, or account numbers. We will never ask for them.
Website data and cookies
Our website host may automatically record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs, to keep the site secure and running. The site may use basic cookies needed to work and load quickly. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking for ads.
We send marketing email only to people who ask for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. Emails about your session are not marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email and payment processors, or when the law requires it.
Recording
We do not record sessions or use AI note-takers unless you clearly agree first.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep messages for up to 24 months, and payment and tax records as long as the law requires. Email us to ask us to delete your information, and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as Massachusetts law requires.
Under 18
Sessions are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
